What grabbed us about this issue…
This issue looks to Paris, reporting from the Marais neighbourhood. We liked how this issue uses a 1782 account by Louis-Sébastien Mercier's as a lens to bring together four bars, looking at what’s changed and what hasn’t in 250 years. If you like thoughtful reads, you might enjoy a piece about a rainy Sunday at The Cambridge. We also enjoyedhow an idea of a borrowed coat is weaved throughout the issue, connecting each experience.
