Who's CARCY for?

Not the easiest entry point if erotic art is new to you, but CARCY rewards those who want a little more depth from fashion and photography. Each issue is themed and acts as a statement for a particular idea, with essays and journalism sitting alongside the fashion spreads rather than filling the gaps between them. The large, unbound format does justice to its cinematic, vintage-leaning photography and you can tell there's a real focus on making space for emerging rather than established names. This would suit you if you’re looking for something considered and visually ambitious, it’s one that you’ll want to put some time aside for.
