This issue,Telling Tales, turns its attention to something we all do: storytelling. One thing we enjoy about Folding Rock is how it experiments with form — and this issue is no exception. We kept coming back to a piece on the resilience of ‘Merlin’s Oak’, accompanied by a QR code linking to an archival news broadcast, which adds a more immersive feel. If you’re into folklore, there’s an article that looks at how inherited stories shape our habits, behaviours and views, which is worth a read. Who’s Folding Rock for?
