Tastebound

Tastebound Issue 4

Tastebound is a bi-monthly magazine for travellers who enjoy food-led travel.

What grabbed us about this issue....

The pared back style of Prateek Sadhu's restaurant Naarin the foothills of the Himalayas reflects the remote landscape around it, with local ingredients such as goji berries and prickly pears finding their way into his fire-focused kitchen. Closer to home we liked finding out about the growing food community on the Isle of Wight where relaxed dining sits alongside fresh produce and seafood. Tastebound Top 10is a good place to catch up on the people and places shaping the food scene.

Who is Tastebound for?

This is one for you if seeking out local food and drink is part of how you travel. It also brings the flavours of those places into your kitchen, with recipes you can try at home. Not every article has a culinary angle, but each piece nudges you off the beaten track and towards eating like a local. Short, easy reads make this a good one for a weekend afternoon.
