As ever, we’ve gathered together a really diverse range of health articles to inspire you, from IBS and the menopause, to the magic of magnesium and immune boosting wild berries. Our wonderful columnists are back again too, with Prune Harris providing a fascinating insight into the energy of food as she sees it, and Jo Emerson, who is making a welcome return by sharing her personal take on spirituality.

Food always features strongly in our house, and over the years we’ve collected, tweaked and perfected quite a number of favourite Christmas recipes, and in this issue, we’re pleased to share a few of them with you. We’re also excited to feature delicious autumn/winter recipes from a very talented bunch of food contributors.
