Apartamento

Apartamento Issue 33

Published biannually,Apartamentois a chunky interiors magazine based in Barcelona.

What grabbed us about this issue…

Hans-Walter Müller is the name to look for here. The French architect is known for living and working inside inflatable structures, which makes this a genuinely unusual home visit. Enrique Olvera, the chef behind Pujol and Cosme, is also worth looking out for. So is Rachel Roddy, the food writer whose Rome kitchen is as well known as her recipes.

Who’s Apartamento for?

This would suit you if you already have an interest in the creative world and want to peek beyond the surface, into their homes. Musicians, artists, designers, and more are interviewed and photographed in their homes and talk about their work, their lives and their spaces. It feels more laid back than a typical interiors magazine, showing real, lived-in spaces and unstaged photos. It’s one to reach for when you have a bit of down time and want to lean into the minds of creative thinkers.
