What grabbed us about this issue....
This issue concentrates on the idea of food as a vice. We were intrigued by a piece on Turkish honey, mentioned in ancient Greek texts, that can be both medicinal and intoxicating. Talking Trash shines a light on the increasing food waste produced by exclusive events and the catering industry's lack of solutions.
