Paranting Magazine

Paranting Issue #2

Paranting Magazine is a new compact, glossy, print-only magazine made by parents for parents. Created in the belief that reading magazines is a healthier and much better way to get news and feel part of a community, Paranting Mag covers UK and world news, health, fashion, travel, education, home and garden, science and technology and more. Paranting also gives a voice to all parents - parents of colour, members of LGBTQ+, disabled parents and working class parents.

In Issue #2, they interview Ami Hook-Ireland, a 26 year-old who is challenging society's ideology of people with disabilities. They also look at the long waits for CAMHS (child mental health) assessments and the changes to universal credit.

There's a fab feature on small changes parents can make to be more eco-friendly in the lead up to COP26, and tips on how to bring some instant colour to your home without spending a penny and craft ideas for kids to fill the last few weeks of the summer holidays.

All this and more in issue #2!
