Cabana

Cabana Magazine Issue 25

Published twice a year, Cabanais an interiors magazine that explores design, architecture, travel and decorative arts.

What grabbed us about this issue…

The cover was made in collaboration with Italian fashion house Bvlgari, which sets the tone for an issue that travels widely. From Tunisia and Hong Kong to Belgium and Greece, the focus is on exceptional homes and the people behind them. We kept coming back to the conversation between Alain de Botton and editor Martina Mondadori on love and modern relationships, an unexpected detour that sits well alongside the interiors.

Who’s Cabana for?

Cabana is not the easiest entry point if you're new to high-end design publishing, and that's very much the point. Think of it as a design object in its own right: at 390 pages, it's substantial enough to return to and the production quality means it earns its place on the coffee table. The advertising is worth pausing on too, with designer campaigns that feel considered rather than intrusive. This would suit you if you're looking for something to dip into slowly, rather than read cover to cover.
