Enki Volume 62

Enki is a monthly design and architecture magazine with a focus on sustainability, showcasing modern designers and architects from around the world.

What grabbed us about this issue…

Volume 62 includes a feature on personalising apartments at Battersea Power Station. We enjoyed the challenge that brief presents. A Grade II listed industrial landmark is not a straightforward canvas. The piece on applying Japanese design principles to rustic farm settings is also worth seeking out. It’s an unlikely combination and all the more interesting for it.

Who’s Enkifor?

With its minimalist design and neutral colour palette,Enkiis one to reach for when you want to ease into the world of design and architecture. It’s better suited to those with an existing interest in modern design, particularly if you’re looking to bring elements of the seasons and natural materials into your home. Whether you flick through with a cup of tea on a Sunday afternoon or read it cover to cover, it’s one to pick up when you’re in the mood for something calm and considered.
